Why Is Turkey Suddenly Fighting With Everyone?

Erdogan’s quest to make Turkey great again has made some enemies.
Turkey is definitely fighting with her own citizens, too:

ECtHR: Freedom of expression of CHP Chair Kılıçdaroğlu is violated

The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) has unanimously concluded that the damages paid by main opposition CHP Chair Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu to President and AKP Chair Erdoğan have violated his freedom of expression.
The European Court had requested Turkey’s defense after it failed to implement a Constitutional Court decision regarding the website for seven months.
