Due to a possible conservative Islamist reaction, not all brands are eager to use the literal translation of Black Friday: Kara Cuma. So far, Efsane (Legendary) or Süper (Super) Cuma is used. An expat with a sophisticated knowledge of local practices recommends “Hayırlı Cuma” (Good or Blessed Friday) and it seems a local brand, Vestel, may actually be using it:
